David Prichard, a resident of East Meon, worked as a water engineer. Following flooding in Frogmore in 2001, and as evidence to the Parish Plan then in preparation, he prepared a report on the causes of the flooding and possible measures to overcome it. The full report is in the Library.
The second PDF is an extract from the Parish Plan, written in 2005, summarising the flooding situation in both East Meon and Frogmore.
