In 1987, a group of volunteers from the Petersfield branch of the National Association of Decorative & Fine Arts Societies, led by Rosemary Ryder, conducted a thorough survey of the contents and fabric of All Saints Church. The records are held in folders in the keeping of the Parochial Church Council, and provide for each item:

- Measurements in centimetres, weight in grammes
- Artist, Designer, Architect, Sculptor, Woodworker &c
- Manufacturer
- History
- Donor and Date of gift
- Inscription
- References
- Cross-references

- Miscellaneous (800 – 899)
