Michael Atkinson is a third generation member of the family which came to the Meon Valley from Cumberland in 1905. He farms South Farm, and in this interview recalls his family’s history in East Meon, his own contributions to the village especially as chair of the Parish Council, and describes how farming has changed in his lifetime.
