Visit to Bordean garden
East Meon’s Garden Club is one of its most active and popular societies. It arranges an Annual Flower show in August and an Open Gardens day in June each year in which a number of village residents open their gardens to the public. It also organises visits to distinctive gardens in the area. Click here for the website of EMGC. These pictures date from the 1980s and 1990s. Ian the late 1990s, allotment holders organised weekly produce stalls for the sale of excess fruit and veg, with proceeds going to charity.
