This shows the dedication of the new War Memorial commissioned by Rev. Thomas Heywood Masters and designed by Ninian Comper. y 11923, Masters was no longer vicar of East Meon and it is not known whether the clergyman to the left of the memorial is Masters or his successor Rev Crawley.
